Voura Intelligence adheres to a strict "Least Privilege" access model. We request Analyst-level permissions only. We strictly prohibit our analysts from accepting Admin or "Write" permissions, ensuring the integrity of your live environment remains untouched.

2. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to perform forensic audits:

• Contact Information: Corporate email addresses and phone numbers for communication.
• Performance Data: Aggregated metrics (Spend, ROAS, CPA) from ad platforms.
• Financial Data: Revenue figures provided by you for the purpose of efficiency calculations.

3. No Sale of Data

We are an audit firm, not a lead generator. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or corporate data to third parties, agencies, or competitors.

4. Confidentiality

The "Truth Report" and all findings generated during our engagement are strictly confidential. We do not share your specific waste metrics or efficiency scores publicly without your explicit written consent (e.g., for a blinded case study).

5. International Data Transfers

We operate globally with hubs in Sydney, London, and Auckland. Data may be processed in these jurisdictions in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and GDPR requirements where applicable.
