By authorising Voura Intelligence ("the Auditor") to proceed with a forensic review, the Client ("you") agrees to the following instruments of engagement.
Voura Intelligence operates as an independent governance division of GuniSMS Pty Ltd (ABN 81 621 799 513). To maintain forensic integrity, we operate with complete commercial independence from media buying agencies and platforms.
We are not a marketing agency. We do not manage, execute, or optimise ad campaigns. Our scope is strictly limited to financial analysis, waste identification, and strategic governance.
Reports identifying "Capital Leakage" or "Projected Savings" are based on historical media performance data. These figures represent potential efficiency gains (EBITDA impact) and do not constitute guaranteed financial returns or investment advice.
The Auditor shall access Client accounts on a "Read-Only" or "Analyst" basis. We accept no liability for campaign performance changes, as we strictly adhere to a non-intervention protocol (we do not touch the "Edit" button).
Upon conclusion of the audit (or 48 hours after delivery of the Truth Report™), all temporary access tokens and downloaded data caches are scheduled for deletion, unless a Retainer Agreement is executed.
These protocols are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
